Welcome to Paygram Financial Services Pvt Ltd ("Paygram", "we", "our", "us"). 1. About Paygram

Paygram Financial Services Pvt Ltd is a fintech service provider offering digital financial facilitation services, which may include but are not limited to mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payments, financial service facilitation, and allied services, either directly or through regulated partner banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, and service providers.

Paygram is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits. All regulated financial services are provided by authorized third-party institutions.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC, wherever applicable

Paygram reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities conducted through your account

  • Ensuring that the information provided is true, accurate, and up to date

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

Paygram shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

4. Services Offered

Paygram provides a technology platform to facilitate:

  • Mobile and DTH recharges

  • Utility and bill payments

  • Digital financial services and offers

  • Other fintech-related services as introduced from time to time

Service availability may vary based on location, partner availability, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

5. KYC and Compliance

Certain services may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as per applicable laws and partner requirements. You agree to:

  • Provide valid and authentic KYC documents

  • Permit verification of submitted information

Failure to complete or maintain KYC may result in restricted access or suspension of services.

6. Fees, Charges, and Taxes

  • Applicable fees, convenience charges, or service charges will be displayed before completion of any transaction

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Paygram reserves the right to revise charges at any time with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law

7. Transactions and Refunds

  • Transactions once initiated may not be cancelled

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per partner policies and timelines

  • Paygram is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, operators, or third-party service providers

In case of failed or disputed transactions, users must raise a support request within the specified timeframe.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. Paygram does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services

  • Acts, omissions, or policies of third parties

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and design, is the exclusive property of Paygram or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Paygram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Paygram makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

  • Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount involved in the specific transaction

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paygram, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Platform

  • Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Suspension and Termination

Paygram reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, if:

  • There is suspected fraud or misuse

  • Regulatory or legal requirements so demand

  • You breach these Terms

13. Force Majeure

Paygram shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, government actions, or network outages.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

Paygram reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
